In order to carry out the Mission of Encompass Early Education and Care, carefully developed and implemented plans are needed.  Four key areas are Encompass Early Education and Care's Strategic Imperatives.  Together, these imperatives comprise a formula for the success of Encompass.  These four imperatives must remain in effect to assure the future of Encompass Early Education and Care.

Encompass recruits, develops and retains quality employees and volunteers.  These quality people are defined by their competence and their dedication to the Encompass Mission and Values.

Encompass employees will provide quality customer service to each other as well as to parents, children, partners, volunteers, donors, vendors and anyone who might visit the agency.  This quality is defined by the perception of the people as they come in contact with any employee.  Employees will strive to exceed expectations of those who do business with Encompass.

Encompass will deliver quality programming based on best practices for children.  National Academy of Early Childhood (NAEYC) accreditation will be obtained and maintained.  Outcomes will be determined and tracked.

Encompass will develop and use quality business and management practices.  These quality practices are defined by the contribution to preserve the agency's present and long term financial stability, improved efficiencies, maintaining the market share and developing collaborative arrangement.
