Encompass Early Education and Care, Inc. seeks employees who are eager to learn and have the desire to grow.  Providing quality care and education to children and families is key to the success of our organization.  We employ individuals who will represent Encompass in a positive, professional manner and possess strong interpersonal communication skills.  Quality customer service is the responsibility of everyone in the organization.

In return, Encompass encourages growth in our employees through continued education, mentored work experiences and training.  All employees have the opportunity to advance within the organization through a career path and/or position growth.  Tuition reimbursement, paid training, seminar attendance and continuing education are some of the ways we offer such opportunities.

Encompass has adopted the High Scope Curriculum, which is a research based international curriculum.  Teachers are trained in this curriculum that is developmentally appropriate for the age of the child.  The Related Link, High/Scope, will give you a basic understanding of how staff work with children.

Teachers at Encompass are trained to become acute observers of children.  Progress in growth and development are monitored through the "Child Observation Record". This is a computer-based assessment report that is a companion to the High/Scope curriculum.

In addition to the teaching staff, Encompass has several Foster Grandparents who give added attention to children, especially those children who may have special needs.  These senior citizens are considered volunteers who are on site approximately 15-40 hours each week.  To learn more about this program, click on the Related Link, Foster Grandparents.
