Ruth Helf was a beloved teacher at Encompass. The Ruth Helf Family Center is a program Encompass administers for parents seeking to be reunited with their children who are in foster care. Peter Helf, Ruth's son, yearly calls his friends of many years together to hear what the Family Center is doing. This gathering has become a fundraising event for the Ruth Helf Family Center and a wonderful get-together of old friends.
